Sound bath
For groups I organize soothing soundbaths and meditation concerts. This can be with singingbowls but can also be with accordion. Depending on the event.

Sound massage
In a 1:1 session I will massage with sound. Singing bowls are placed on the body while they are in sound. In this way the soothing vibration can travel directly to the places where it is needed and facilitate a deeper relaxation.
A session can be 30 min to an hour, depending on the needs.

Sound workshop
Everybody can make sound, and in a workshop we will discover together what sounds have been hidden and want to emerge to the surface. The basis for the workshop is to use your own voice.
It is a playful workshop to get out of the regular and mostly have fun and in that way let the nervous system relax.
You can book a workshop with at least 8 participants.
